If your request is within the return window, we’ll send you a return shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll let you know if your return is approved.
If it is, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. A $9.99 shipping fee will be deducted to cover return shipping.
Please note: It may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at info@arejei.com with photos if possible. We’ll make it right as quickly as we can.
